Tecnicrafts Straight Shank ER Collet Chucks are commonly used for a variety of tool holding applications on Swiss Type Automatic Lathes, Machining Centers, and Turret Lathes. The collets are made under a controlled process from high quality special steel.

ER Collet Chucks are available in single or double ended style and come in various lengths. These holders are offered in both metric or inch sizes and can be manufactured in round or with flats. Tecnicrafts manufactures these toolholders to a tight run out tolerance of 5 microns or less and adheres to the h6 standard for shank diameter resulting in higher accuracy and tool life. Each Straight Shank ER Collet Chuck comes standard with a slim style nut to minimize interference in tight spaces; hex nuts available upon request.
