Payment Terms: Our standard payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment unless other payment terms have been previously agreed upon.

Shipping Terms: All products are shipped FOB Prospect Heights, Illinois.

Return Policy: Thank you for choosing Platinum Tooling! We strive to provide you with the best products and services possible. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days to return an item(s) from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in new condition or the same condition that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging and placed in a corrugated box for protection during shipping. A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service department prior to return. Please reference this number on or in the return package. Please send returns to the Piper Lane address shown below.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if an offsetting purchase of equal or greater value is not made at the time of the return. Additional restocking fees may apply to returned goods special ordered from the factory, damaged tool(s), and tool(s) returned without original packaging or missing hardware.

Credit Memo/Refund: Upon receipt and evaluation of item(s), a credit memo will be issued for use against any open or future invoice.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns will not be accepted on custom/non-stock tool(s), tools that have been modified, spare parts, or tooling certificates.

Cancellation: Cancellation of custom or non-stock item(s) prior to shipment are subject to a cancellation fee based on labor and material costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.

Warranty: Heimatec Live Tools & Angle Heads, Henninger Speed Increasers, and REV Motorized Broaching Tools have a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. Final warranty determination is subject to inspection by Platinum Tooling.
